Process Overview

  • Step 1: Preparation - Initial research on background and expertise
  • Step 2: Informal Chat - Brief conversation to assess initial mutual interest
  • Step 3: Formal Meeting - Main discussion where we present the project in detail and explore alignment
  • Step 4: Expectations Discussion - Second conversation to clarify roles, deliverables, and working arrangements
  • Step 5: Collaboration Decision - Final decision point for both parties

Note: Steps 3 and 4 are conducted as video calls and represent our main meetings in the collaboration process.

  • About the Project: Your initial thoughts, potential challenges/opportunities, role vision
  • About Working Together: Communication preferences, timeline expectations, availability
