Scheduled Meetings

Strategy Meeting

When: Quarterly First Saturdays, 60 minutes
Who: Strategy team
Purpose: Strategic planning, organization updates, and key decision-making

Operations Meeting

When: Monthly Saturdays, 60 minutes (with additional ad-hoc meetings based on collaboration preparation needs)
Who: Operations team
Purpose: Review collaboration status, discuss new partnership opportunities, and operational updates

Engineering Meeting

When: Fortnightly Saturdays, 60 minutes
Who: Engineering team
Purpose: Share progress on product development, technical discussions, and clarifications

Watering-Together Activity Check-in

When: Weekly Saturdays, 45 minutes
Who: All participants in the watering together activity
Purpose: Share updates on tasks, experiences, observations, etc.

Guidelines

Meeting Standards

All meetings accommodate multiple time zones (currently, GMT, CET, CST, and IST.)
Meeting agendas are discussed and finalized 72 hours before the meeting to allow adequate preparation time
Come prepared with any required pre-work
Use Element for questions during presentations
Action items are documented and assigned before meeting ends
