Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy and Brand Voice: Develop and maintain consistent messaging and tone across multiple platforms and channels, ensuring cohesive brand communication and engagement. Create content frameworks, style guides, and editorial calendars that align with organizational goals and audience needs.

  • Writing and Editorial: Produce clear, compelling, and accessible content including website copy, blog articles, documentation, and marketing materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and optimal user experience across all touchpoints.

  • Content Optimization and Management: Research and implement SEO best practices, conduct content audits, and optimize existing materials for performance and accessibility. Ensure all content adheres to editorial standards and reflects the organization’s voice and mission.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Experience with content management systems and basic SEO principles. Familiarity with analytics tools and content optimization. Basic understanding of web publishing formats.

  • Soft Skills: Strong writing and research abilities with attention to detail. Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences. Good communication skills and openness to feedback and revisions.
